The project started with my one of my favorite statements:

"There's not enough space for everything"

With that statement in mind, we began barking-down needs and requirements, and understood that with creative  solutions, we can solve just about everything.

For instance, the idea that we always need a "kitchen" : Its only use is making coffee and occasionally warming food, so we created a library that hides all of the functions needed, and the coffee just becomes a part of the scene.

We also realized there's no need for a sapert meeting room, large meetings rarely happen and include the staff only, so the waiting area can become the meeting space if needed.

And so, not a very large office space was created, that has all of its needs and even room to grow.
